Thanks for your suggestion and welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately, running a website and forum cost money and ads are used to offset those costs. I have limited the ads to two 'banners' per page and one full page ad per day, per user or 'cookie'. If you view the website with cookie support turned off, or in private mode, you may see more than one full page ad per day. Compared to some sites (which go overboard with ads everywhere), I feel two ad panels or banners per page is reasonable and non-intrusive. I do have in-line text ads turned on and I am evaluating their effectiveness. If they prove to be ineffective, I will turn them off.

I may implement a donation or subscription option at some point, which would disable the ads for those who help pay the hosting costs. I may also include additional features and perks to those who donate.

But for now, the ads are needed to help pay for hosting costs and keep the website free to the public.
