Mobile browser compatibility

Since Google has begun penalizing websites that are not mobile friendly, I made modifications so the website detects if you're using a mobile device and automatically switches to a theme that is mobile friendly - which passes Google's mobile compatibility test. The mobile theme does not include all of the website's features (classifieds, media gallery, etc.), just the basics for reading posts and messages. It's a work in progress, so if you find any problems - let me know.
