Link Exchange Proposition

Hi, I'm a freelance SEO freelancer/ pro domainer and am looking for some good quality blogs/ web sites (*PR 2 and above) for content publishing or link exchanges. I can also offer high quality links and guest posting on my blog sites in return. (This is not a reciprocal link exchange proposition - this would be a one way link exchange). Im looking for music niche.
