Major hosting service outage

Our hosting provider had a major network outage in their Irvine, California data center which caused some down time of our website. Our website has been experiencing slow page loads and MySQL server timeouts over the past few weeks, which turned into a complete outage this morning. The problem is being worked on and hopefully will be fixed ASAP.
