While doing a recent Google search, I stumbled onto a website that offers 'instant' online mastering services - just upload your file and a few seconds later - download your newly 'mastered' track.
https://www.landr.com - 'LANDR'; is in 'Left and Right'.
They offer unlimited, 192k MP3 mastering in their free 'Amateur' level of service and you can upgrade to the pay services starting @ $9 a month. With the paid services, you can set the dynamic 'intensity' (compression and loudness) used on the track.
The service seems ideal for beginners looking for a quick and dirty master of their track to an MP3 for web distribution.
I found an interesting review from a professional audio engineer who compares their master at each level of intensity to his final master. Needless to say, he preferred his master to theirs - so did I. But for the price, it seems like a good option for someone just starting out in recording their own music.
