Vinyl Audio Classifieds are for private users who wish to sell/trade their personally owned new or used audio gear and media (records, tapes, CD/DVD/SACD).

Our goals of this website are as follows:

      To provide a forum for our users to exchange resources and information regarding audio gear, music of all formats and industry news and information.
      To facilitate a means for exchange of dialogue between its members.
      To provide a venue for buying and selling audio components and media.
      To ultimately form a community of audio and music enthusiasts looking for interaction with other hobbyists.

Vinyl Audio fees for sellers:

      Users may register, bid and buy items at no cost.
      Listing items for sale is currently free. You may list an item for up to 30 days and upload 2 pictures. After 30 days, the listing will automatically expire and close.

     The following listing upgrades are available for a small small fee:
          Feature a listing on the front page: $1.00 (1 credit)
          Extend the listing by 7 days: $1.00 (1 credit)
          Add up to 5 more pictures to the listing: $1.00 (1 credit)
            (Max picture size: 1200x1200, 2MB per picture)
      There is no transaction fee and all listings are processed using PayPal for payment. We are not responsible for any PayPal fees incurred while using the PayPal payment service.

To purchase ad listing upgrades, we use a credit system. Typically, one credit equals one dollar - unless you purchase a credit package of ten or more credits.

Ten Credits	:  $8.00	(Save 20%)
Twenty Credits	:  $15.00	(Save 25%)

Use of this service:

By submitting an item for sale, you are agreeing to use this service for the above purposes only. Vinyl Audio and it's owners reserves the right to terminate and remove any registration, posting or listing, at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms. If you have an account balance on your credit account it will be forfeited.

By registering, you agree to the following conditions:

      Your participation is purely voluntary.
      Messages posted on this site will not include vulgarity, adult content, slander, threats or harassment of other members.
      You will not use this site for actions that are illegal in your state or in your country.
      You will not use this site for the sole purpose of advertising or 'spamming' the users for your own personal gain. Spam will not be tolerated and first offenders will be terminated and banned.
      You will list only those items that you are offering for sale specifically at this site.
      Bids and offers to purchase items are considered binding legal agreements ; members are expected to follow through on those commitments you make to other parties.
      If you offer an item for sale, you are expected to follow through with the shipment of the item in a timely manner.
      If you list an item for sale, you agree to our auction rules.
      You agree to conduct yourself in an honest and civil manner.
      If a buyer is located using Vinyl Audio's listing service, you agree to complete the transaction using Vinyl Audio's checkout process. If it is discovered that you have completed your sale offsite, you will still be subject to all associated transaction fees and repeat instances may result in termination of your membership.

Vinyl Audio agrees to the following:

      To keep our members identity confidential.
      To give one member's information to another only if they are involved in a mutual transaction.
      To provide this service only as long as it is economically viable.

Vinyl Audio's Limits of Liability:
 
Vinyl Audio, its officers, employees, and owners will NOT be responsible or liable for any of the following:
 
      Any losses incurred by its members as a direct result of their participation at this site.
      Any losses incurred by its members as an indirect result of their participation.
      Any losses incurred by its members as a result of another member's participation.
      Any losses incurred as a result of computer failure, slowdown, or inability to connect.
      Any statements or actions of any of its members, either on this site or elsewhere.
      Loss of any information stored on the Vinyl Audio servers for any reason.
      The satisfaction or lack thereof resulting from purchases made via this service.
      The accuracy or lack thereof in any statements made by its members.
      The inferior sound or bad music produced and or sold at this site or elsewhere.

Vinyl Audio is only a Venue:
 
Our web site acts as a venue to allow eligible members to offer, sell, and buy audio related products via "online auctions" or "classifieds." We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised; the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items. We cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.

No Agency:
 
You and Vinyl Audio are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended, expressed or created by this Agreement.
 
No Warranty:
 
Vinyl Audio provides this service "as is", without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness of use, and non-infringement. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.

Site Accessibility:
 
Due to the nature of the internet and network connections, we cannot and do not guarantee the availability, functionality, or speed of access to this website. We cannot and do not guarantee against the loss of information, data, or pictures residing on our server, resulting from hardware, software, or human error. It is possible that certain users will have faster or more complete access to this website, based upon their geography, computer, or internet connection.

Usage and Interference:
 
You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, or any other automated or manual process, to monitor, copy, or otherwise publicly display the content on this site without our express written permission. You agree that you will not engage in any activities that pose unreasonable or excessive load on our web site infrastructure. Vinyl Audio reserves the right to deny access, refuse to respond, or otherwise limit usage of this site, for any reason, at any time.

Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify and hold Vinyl Audio and its owners, officers, employees and affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to your direct or consequential use of this site or breach of these terms.

Billing and charges:

All billing and charges are processed through PayPal and are non-refundable unless you dispute the charges on your account within 30 days. Discrepancies and disputes should be mailed to admin@vinylaudio.net. Vinyl Audio encourages members to email us with any disputes rather than disputing the charges directly with your credit card company or PayPal.

Termination:

Vinyl Audio, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate this agreement, any particular service offered, any account, listing, or any users access privileges at any time, with or without prior warning, for any reason including (but not limited to): breach of the above terms, failure to follow Vinyl Audio staff instructions, failure to complete transactions, abuse of any methods, tools or services provided, use of excessive profanity, racial slurs, or hate speech and behavior un-befitting a member of the Vinyl Audio community.  Members may remove their account or asked to be removed at any time.

This agreement is subject to change without prior notice.
